I started training at Hi-performance on new years day and it's one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I'd been training on my own for a few months but hadn't seen much changes so having known James' reputation as a coach I knew it was a good choice. I've lost some dress sizes since starting at Hi-performance, my strength and performance is where I never expected I could get to.
